The location is amazing! i walked to many attractions. the hotel staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions. the room was clean when i arrived. I could relax immediately.
I waited several minutes sometimes. the gym is in the basement, and it felt a little small. the destination fee seemed a bit high. I did not use all the amenities it covered.

The location is awesome, right by the empire state building and madison square garden. the subway is super close (34th herald is the spot!). i loved the rooftop bar. It had great views and a nice breeze. the staff was very cute and helpful. They always gave us water bottles.

The rooftop terrace offers direct views of the empire state building. It is a beautiful spot to relax. the hotel provides complimentary bottles of water. I found it to be very convenient. there's also a gym.

The staff at check-in were so kind and professional! Valet parking WAS available, a VERY CONVENIENT service. The location was ideal. It was close to the Empire State Building and Times Square!
There was a woman at the front desk that wasn't very friendly or helpful.

The rooms have modern amenities and also city views creating a stylish atmosphere! The rooms had two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. The beds were nice and provided a comfortable night's sleep.

The hotel IS centrally located, offering access to various parts of the city. The hotel is a short walk to many attractions! A train station is conveniently less than a ten-minute walk away.
